Fixing “App Not Installed” on Android

Navigate to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special App Access > Install Unknown Apps. Select the browser (Chrome) or File Manager you used to download the APK, and toggle “Allow from this source” to ON.
While the package is 22 MB, the Android system requires at least 200–300 MB of unallocated flash storage to unpack runtime libraries and create app data directories. Clear browser cache and delete obsolete media if storage is low.
If you previously installed an older or third-party build of IC7, the cryptographic signing keys may conflict with the official v1.1.3 build. Uninstall the existing app, restart your phone, and install fresh.

Fixing “There Was a Problem Parsing the Package”
A parse error appears when the Android OS cannot read the internal `AndroidManifest.xml` structure. This is almost exclusively an incomplete file issue, not a hardware fault.
Network drops during download cause corrupted partial files. Delete the incomplete file from your Downloads folder and download the official 22 MB package again.
